Alehouse Steak Marinade Recipe

With this much tomato juice, you could marinate a whole side of beef. Just kidding, but it is a very liquidy marinade. I love to fix this up as a change from our normal marinades (fajita or teriyaki type). You are marinating a big piece of beef so plan on using this for a party.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place meat of choice in shallow dish or pie plate and add marinade, turning to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Meat and marinade also may be placed in a heavy-duty sealable plastic bag and refrigerated.
  5. Makes about 2 cups, enough to marinate 2 to 2 and a half pounds of beef.
