Apple Cake With Icing Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Soda
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Cup Cored, peeled, diced apples
- 1 Cup Packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 Cup Oil
- 3 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Pecans
- 4 Ounce (1 cube) margarine
Directions:
- Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2 1/2 minutes and pour over warm cake.
