Apple-cinnamon-couscous-cake Recipe

  1. Bring water and juice to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add couscous and
  2. cinnamon. Stir and cook on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir
  3. in vanilla. Let sit 10 minutes. Rinse an 8 x 8 baking dish; do
  4. not dry. Pack couscous into the baking dish. Allow to cool before cutting
  5. into squares.
