Apple Pecan Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
Directions:
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine sugar and oil. Add well beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add all at one time. Stir in vanilla extract, pecans and apples. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
