Applesauce Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup raisins
Directions:
- Mix butter, sugar, salt and spices. Add flour and applesauce in which soda has been dissolved. Add the raisins. Pour into an oblong, well-greased pan and bake at 350-F about 35 minutes.
