Apricot Cobbler II Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except apricot halves and ice cream with fork to a soft dough. Spread in ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Pour apricots (with syrup) over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with ice cream.
  4. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
