Apricot Cobbler II Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (17 ounce) can apricot halves
- Ice cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients except apricot halves and ice cream with fork to a soft dough. Spread in ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Pour apricots (with syrup) over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
