Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fresh or frozen fish fillet, or steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
- Grease pan with oil. Place fish in a single layer in well-greased baking pan, 8x8x2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley. Pour sauce over fish. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
