Ingredients:
- 6 ounces thinly sliced ham
- 8 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
- Finely chop 2 slices of the ham.
- Combine chopped ham and all remaining ingredients.
- Place a little of the sauerkraut mixture on each remaining ham slice. Roll up each slice from one side.
- Microwave on high till heated through.
