Ingredients:
- 12 fresh jumbo shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- Dash or Tabasco sauce
- 1 large tomato, chopped,
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F. degrees. Cook shrimp in the butter until lightly pink. Place the shrimp into a small baking dish.
- In a small bowl combine the egg and cream and stir until mixed. Add in the Feta cheese and Tabasco sauce and continue stirring. Pour over the shrimp.
- Place the chopped tomato over the shrimp and bake about 12 minutes until the cheese begins to bubble. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
