Baked Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 1 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
- 2 Cans (14 oz) Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Can (2 oz) sliced olives, drained
- 2 Teaspoons dried oregano
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Can (10 oz) Mushroom soup
- 1/4 Cup water
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain fat. Add onion and green pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
