Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain fat. Add onion and green pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  3. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
