Butter Crunch Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Stir until well blended. Stir in oats. Pour into greased and floured 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Topping: Mix ingredients together, sprinkle on baked coffee cake. Broil about 1 minute.
