Ingredients:
- For relish:
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh mint chiffonade

- 1 lrg ripe cantaloupe, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions:
- Relish:
- Combine the papaya, blueberries, lemon juice, and mint in a medium bowl.
- Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Soup:
- Place the cantaloupe, lime juice, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Ladle the soup into bowls, add a splash of seltzer, and top with the relish.
