Caramel Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions:
- Cream butter or margarine, flour and brown sugar.
- Beat egg with milk and add to creamed mixture. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool.
- Fill baked pie shell with mixture. Top with whipped cream.
