Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup American Caviar
- 1 1/2 tbsp chives
- 4 ea Shallots chopped fine
Directions:
- In medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat. As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with oil over individual servings of pasta.
- Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives. Serve over angel hair or spaghettini.
