Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs Recipe

Directions:

  1. Preparation : Soften oleo to room temperature. Cream
  2. together oleo andcream cheese. Add confectioners' sugar
  3. and any additional flavorings. Shape into eggs. Place on
  4. cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator
  5. at least 2 hours orovernight. Coat with chocolate. Melt
  6. together in top of double boiler. Dip eggs into chocolate
  7. mixture to coat. Yield:approximately 2 dozen small eggs.
