Cloud Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 beaten egg
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions:
- Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Combine egg and milk with a fork. Add to first mixture. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 14 minutes.
