Coconut Cake Recipe

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend all cake ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9" x 12" pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Blend sugar, cream cheese and butter. Add milk and vanilla; blending until smooth and creamy. Spread icing on cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
