Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- - dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
Directions:
- Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives. In medium- size skillet melt butter; when hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set. Serve immediately.
