Ingredients:
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 can (16oz) small English peas, drained
- 1 can (16oz) cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (8 1/2oz) baby lima beans, drained
- 1 jar (4oz) diced pimento, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup vegetable (or peanut) oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
- Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over vegetable mixture; cover and chill overnight.
