Flip Flop Cherry Cobbler Recipe

  1. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture alternating with the milk; mix until well combined. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Top with filling and sprinkle with sugar. Cover and freeze.
  4. To bake: Thaw completely in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until browned.
  5. Serves 6 to 8 generous portions.
