  1. # Warm the oil in a pan and gently fry the onions until golden
  2. # Add the curry powder and flour, stir and cook for a further 2 minutes
  3. # Pour in the stock and cook, stirring occasionally, until it thickens
  4. # Stir in the rest of the ingredients, excluding the turkey meat, and cook gently for about 10 minutes
  5. # Add the turkey, heat gently for a further 5 minutes, and serve with plain boiled rice or chips (french fries)
