Green Tomato Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the green tomatoes, nuts and extracts.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients and add alternately with the milk. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Cool.
  4. Remove to serving plate and frost, if desired.
