Ingredients:
- 4 large baking potatoes, peeled
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Slice potatoes and onions onto a 24x18-inch sheet of buttered heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix lightly on foil. Slice the 2 tbs butter over all. Seal foil with double fold. Place on grill; cook over slow coals (low heat on gas grill) until vegetables are tender, 50 minutes to an hour, turning often.
