Ham-Banana With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 4 slices of ham
- 60 gm grated Parmesan cheese
- 125 ml double cream, whipping cream
- Hungarian paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (be generous with this). Wrap a slice of ham around each banana.
- Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cold.
