Homemade Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients:
- 24 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 8 cups of boiling water
- 3 tablespoons of unflavored yoghurt
Directions:
- Mix the powdered milk and boiling water.Heat the milk to a temperature that just barely lets you put your finger in without burning yourself.Put the yogurt/milk mixture where it will remain warm (possibly just above the pilot light on a gas stove). Let sit for 8 hours. Refrigerate.To flavor, you might add fruit, nuts or honey.
