Napa Cabbage Salad Recipe

  1. Combine the vinegar, sugar, honey, oil and 2 Tablespoons of the soy sauce in a sauce pan and whisk while bringing to a boil. Chill dressing.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and toss the sesame seeds, almonds, and ramen for one minute. Reduce heat and toss for about 5 minutes, watching carefully not to burn. Remove to a plate and let cool.
  3. Slice the napa cabbage and the green onions very thin and toss together. Add the ramen mixture and the dressing and toss until well coated.
