Oyster Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon celery, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Few drops Tabasco� sauce
Directions:
- Blend and chill all ingredients. Serve over freshly-shucked oysters.
