Peaches Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 small box of vanilla pudding, not instant
- 3 tbsp of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- One 29 ounce can of sliced peaches, drain and save juice
- 8 ounces of Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp of reserved juice
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, 1 egg and milk.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into 9 inch prepared pan.
- Place well drained fruit over batter.
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and juice.
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed and spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
