Peaches Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, 1 egg and milk.
  2. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into 9 inch prepared pan.
  3. Place well drained fruit over batter.
  4. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and juice.
  5. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed and spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
