Pear-Pineapple Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple, peeled
- 3 pears, peeled
- 2 cup Chamomile tea
- 1/2 cup Muscat wine
- Honey, to taste
- 1 lemon
Directions:
- In a blender or food processor puree fruits. Strain through a fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey and lemon juice. Serve cold garnished with pineapple leaves.
