Pineapple Loaf Cake Recipe

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add pineapple.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture alternately with water. Fold in egg whites, pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done. Glaze with a powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
