Ingredients:
- 2 cup cooked, diced turkey
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 red potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 2 tbsp dried parsley, or to taste
- 2 tsp dillweed, or to taste
- 1 cup yogurt
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, lightly toss turkey, celery, jicama, green onions, potatoes, parsley and dillweed. Add yougurt; mix well. Add pepper to taste.
