Rhubarb Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- Mix together. Pour this mixture over 4 cups rhubarb which have been cup up and placed in flat baking dish. Mix the following ingredients forming a batter and drop by spoonfuls over the rhubarb:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
- Last sprinkle with 1/4 cup finely chopped pecan nuts and 1 teaspoon orange rind. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
