Ingredients:
- * 2 1/2 C., cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- * 4 T. butter, softened
- * 1/2 C. firmly packed light brown sugar
- * pinch of salt
- * 1/2 C. Jack Daniel's Whiskey
- * Pecan halves for topping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased, 1-quart casserole. Top with pecans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
