  1. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time into well blended. Blend in brandy.
  2. Arrange lady fingers on bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate; drizzle with coffee. Pour cream cheese mixture until pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with Cool Whip topping before serving.
