Walnut Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces of wholemeal flour.
- 8 ounces of walnut pieces.
- 4 ounces of sugar.
- 1 cup of milk.
- ½ cup of cooking oil.
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
- One lemon's worth of freshly-squeezed lemon juice.
Directions:
- Mix together all of dry ingredients.
- Add the milk and oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.
- Serve as desired.
